About Me
I'm a Manual Osteopath, Musician, and Music coach. When old injuries kept me from playing, I discovered how combining rehabilitation science with music could help me reconnect with my own creativity. Now I help adults over 40 do the same.I work with those who've put their creative dreams on hold whether due to pain, fear, or self‑doubt and help them reconnect with music in a safe, encouraging way.Through years of coaching and hands‑on healthcare work, I've seen how powerful music can be as a supportive tool. If you're ready to start (or start again), let's ease into it one note at a time.
